Yes. We always give our clients upfront pricing so you can check they can check on their budget. Upfront pricing may also change depending on the actual condition of the property. On needed occasions, we will come over your place for on-the-spot assessment and give you the price from there.
Pricing & Policies
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel, so that we can free up our schedule and provide to someone else or you may arrange an alternative time and date for the cleaning. (Please note that full charges apply if not informed 24 hrs in advance). We require a 24-hour cancellation notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the client.
What is your Payment Policy?
Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience to pay CASH to cleaners, envelopes are provided.
You can pay online at booking time or call us we can take your payment over the phone.
What is your policy on Returned Checks?
A $40 fee will be applied for all checks returned for Nonsufficient Funds.
Do you require upfront payment before the cleaning starts?
Yes, we require 50% of the price before the work begins and the other half be given right after the job is done. (Not in all the cases). Payments can be made before or while our cleaners at your place. Keys will be held until payment not been fully settled.
Do you have a Lock Out Fee Policy?
We do not offer discounts in the event we are locked out. Please ensure that you provide us with a key and proper gate/door/alarm code information and updates prior to our arrival.
