We do realize that sometimes life gets busy and you might have to reschedule your regular cleaning service. Please inform us 24 hours in advance, so that we can change our team member’s schedule or arrange an alternative time and date for the cleaning. (Please note that full charges apply if not informed 24 hrs in advance)

Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience to pay CASH to cleaners, envelopes are provided.

You can pay online at booking time or call us we can take your payment over the phone.

We do not offer discounts in the event we are locked out. Please ensure that you provide us with a key and proper gate/door/alarm code information and updates prior to our arrival.

For the protection of your breakable items, we dust only cleared horizontal surfaces.

For the safety and security of your pets please have dogs and cats crated or gated prior to our arrival.

Thu  7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Fri    7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sat   9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sun  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Holidays:  Local Cleaning Services is closed Christmas, New Years, and Labor Day.

A $40 fee will be applied for all checks returned for Nonsufficient Funds.

Concerns or Issues with Service should be addressed within 24 hours of service by calling Local House Cleaning at 04521 56225.
